could anyone please help me with determin what year this drum is from and the price?
i could not find this serial number anywhere on the lists here at the site....

The badge will tell the tale on that snare.
The Ludwig serial number dating guide stops at 1979 and
since your number is after that last number is probably has to be after
1979.
Is the badge pointed or rounded that will give more information
also, what is the finish on the drum?

you likely are describing a Ludwig Acrolite. It's a VERY common drum...and a VERY GOOD drum (usually). The value is fairly low because of how common they are. Depending on the condition and year, the Acrolite usually sells for between $75-$200.
