every question that warwormx has posted has been a little ridiculous wouldn't you say?

i mean..i don't need to knock anybody..but these are questions that can be answered on many a site..even if you googled such questions i'm sure you would get the answer you're looking for.

they just don't seem to have anything to do with Vintage Drums.

Sorry man. I noticed that myself. I'll relax with it and post on the correct forums whenever I do ask questions. There are reasons why I did this...

1. I am a rookie with certain things of drums

2. I needed important information, within a certain amount of time

3. I already googled and never found my answer

4. I like opinions from people I trust (all from these forums)

5. I come up with questions one at a time

And I use this vintage drum forum because I believe vintage drummers care a lot more about drums and understand a lot more than todays modern drummers. I've used other forums and didn't receive as much of a welcome as I did to these forums. Most vintage drummers I know are some of the most experienced drummers I know. I like to receive opinions and answers from the best.

If you don't wish to help, that's OK, but there's no need to call his questions ridiculous. I think it's damn smart of him to come here to try to learn from some cats that have years of experience behind them to draw on for some good answers to his questions.

All are welcome here in my book, there aren't any "minimum knowledge requirements" tests to pass before you can post here.

There's plenty of people that have posted here that aren't drummers at all.... just looking for a value of some inherited drums, and they have been given a warmer welcome than you have afforded this fellow drummer.

Warwormx, you keep on posting your questions... they will be answered, even if you have a funky forum name............:)

My view of how to use this forum is to offer assistance (if possible) when it's asked for.

For the record: I'm happy to answer any questions when I can. I like discussing drums, anytime.

I'm going to have to agree with my four fellow forum mates posted above this one, We all began as beginners, I wish I would of had such a think tank to access when ever I was stumped or couldn't figure out what to do! as stated no question asked is a stupid question! warwormx we Know your young and learning, man ask away if we can help you'll get great advice here, and that goes to anyone else!
