Rogers Tower Cymbal Arm Question

Loading...

A little while ago, I acquired a Cleveland Era Tower kit, 20, 12, 14, 14. Anyway, the tom arm has one of the Rogers Swi-o-matic utility holders.

The cymbal arm looks like the cheap option the Retractable Cymbal Holder, offered in the '64 catalog. Problem is, once I got all the tape off the top (that the previous owner put on there to hold the cymbal), I realize that all I have is a straight round post, with no cymbal seat.

Am I going to be able to find the replacement top? Or do I need an entire post? Or are there other suggestions to what I can do?

Hex Rod with Tilter, and if you so choose, extension with 2nd tilter.

From nailfoxx

The rod on this is round an smooth, no hex.

Possibility is that your rod belongs on a cymbal stand.

Post pics. That will help identify it. Also include a pic of the tilter (if present).
