Hey guys, I am looking for 9 Rogers floor tom lugs to finish my raw green Blaemire kit. I know that they are not bread and butter type. Must be later, Beavertail? Anybody have some for sale? Thanks

Welcome to the forum green glass. Do you have any pics of the Blaemire shells? Also, do you have any pics of the lugs you're looking for? I have a custom Blaemire kit, so I find it interesting to see other fans of the cool green tubs.Welcome

Hey Mendozart, I have read your posts. Thankfully, through the drum forums, I was able to contact Jerry Jenkins for restoration info for this kit. He was and is extremely helpful with Blaemire tips and a great, knowledgeable guy.

With Mr. Jenkins help I was able to get this kick shell in good condition.

Pics coming. Thanks GGD

Yeah, Jerry is a great guy and we've become good friends. I've actually spoken to him about your bass drum, and your restoration. Also, welcome to the "24" Blaemire bass drum club", it's a select group.

Oh man, that kick came out really nice! So what size toms are you running with this bass drum?

Hey Scott

Welcome to VDF. Nice to see you over here.

The bass looks great and that 16 looks a lot different then when I last saw it.

Nice work. Give me a call when you get a chance and let me know how the acrylic match is working out. You will have to stop by again....I forgot to give you one of the Blaemire T-shirts I had made up when I was showing one of my kit at last years Vintage Show in Hollywood. I have some left over and would love for you to have one.

Jerry

That is Kirsten Blaemire, Allen's wife holding up the shirt.

BTW...that Blaemire kit is all Rogers hardware. The snare was all Dynasonic hardware. Very cool kit.
