To confuse you even more Lee the 75 degree mounts were also used for toms . I have a 20" and 22" with said mounts for the toms. As far as bass spur mounts the 75's are for 20" and the 60's are for 22" and 24". If you try and mount a 75 on a 22 the spur won't touch the ground...unless it's 2 feet long.(LOL) The mounts on 22" and 24" are placed higher on the shell because of lug spacing so the angel must be lower to point the spur towards the ground. Clear as mud?

Do you mean the 75s are on the tom shells themselves? Not a 90 degree plate? I am working on a replica Keith Moon kit and at some point he started using two Rogers tom mounts on each of his rack toms. It appears that he used one 90 degree plate and one 75 degree plate on each tom to mount the toms to two Rogers double tom holders mounted on one kick and single Rogers tom on the other kick. It requires a crane to move the drum, but the toms are rock solid!! :D
