Yes it is. When I started getting an insane amount of interest in this kit, I decided to research some. Special thank you to the member who directed me to the old Rogers ad. I have a box of old parts that came with it, and I believe I have the original cymbal arm along with cymbal and dampener. Also, I have been searching high and low to find a similar set for sale with no luck. Are you the Joe that contacted me? Roger
