I may be picking up this Rogers kit in a red onyx finish, but there are some splits in the wrap, can they be repaired? Thanks.

Realistically, the only repair is new wrap. Once it gets to that point it's likely to keep delaminating like the one in the photo. This wrap was flapping in the breeze. You could pull it of with your fingers.
