In my opinion, definitely a good deal at that price. The tom arm and cymbal arm are worth $300 alone if they were missing.
The top hoop on the small tom does indeed look wrong. Easy to correct when you have time.
The kit would bring the asking price in the USA, and the shipping to you would be very expensive and risky.
Seems like a good deal for those.
Don't know enough about Ludwig to have an opinion on the snare.
