These vinyl wraps are available from a lot of online suppliers and are much cheaper than drum wraps...

No, but there might be something underneath. It looks like contact paper.
If you can get them cheap, then you could always remove what you see and re-wrap.

Looks like cheap mactac. Remove it slowly with a heat gun, and you might find a fantastic bdp or sparkle finish under all of that. Good luck.
Keep fixing them up...
