I don't have an orphan. I do have a project 22-12-13-16-18 1978 set missing hoops and rods on the 12. The 12 had a lot of scars from snare rash on a lefty setup, they show on a right handed set up. I would probably let that go by itself. Has good lugs and mount on it.

I have a script badge Dayton EBONY Rogers 12" SHELL that someone took the badge off,and drilled for a Memriloc mount.....

Would that work? NO big R badge though....
