Rogers 14x14 blue sparkle in NJ

For any of the members in NJ that have wanted a Rogers blue sparkle 14x14, this might be your opportunity to get one at a reasonable price on eBay. Local pickup situation.

It did have an extra mount on the side and the holes look like they may have been for a Ludwig mount. They appear to be a bit large for any two-hole unit produced by Rogers. Also, Sta-tite, not Knobby legs and missing tc. Check with seller, but FT looks like Dayton fg 75xxx.

If you can get it for a decent bid, what is left in parts and the snare might make the 14x14 a decent buy. Other shells except snare have large Xhls!

If I recall correctly, that snare has a whopper of a hole as well. I contacted the seller from his FB posts. Let me check my phone when i get a chance.

verified - that b&b snare has a whopper of a hole in the side - if it was for a Roger's aftermarket attachment, then it must be for a Big R arm, like we see in that bass and mounted tom. I can't think of any other Rogers mount that makes that big of a hole.

I wondered about the BD center mount dual tom holder with the tom bracket hanging on the one arm. The snare was attached to that tom bracket like a cocktail outfit?
