Rogers 13" Dayton Tom Hardware for Project

Help2 Have a shell, one hoop and the (male) tom mount and looking to complete this 13" Dayton era tom project. Needed are:

12 rods with washers

12 lugs with springs, screws and felts (felts not absolutely required)

1 13" hoop

1 machined collet
