RIP Sib Hashian

Loading...

Sib Hashian passed away yesterday while playing on a Legends of Rock cruise.

He was playing with Barry Goudreau, Lou Gramm, David Marks and John Elephante and apparently passed away in the middle of a set.

We got to see Boston once after the second album.

I'm sorry to hear that he is gone.

Aw crap. I'm so sorry to hear that - but I'm glad to hear that he was playing, right up until the end.

Doug said it all! Another member of the band in "Rock'n'Roll Heaven"!

Boston's debut is not only the best debut of all time but perhaps the best rock album ever. Every tune was a radio hit and got major airplay and still does. RIP Sib. He had a great fro back in the day too :)

The first time I heard Boston (when they got popular, yes I'm old :) ) I liked the music in great part because of Sib's monster rock drumming.

RIP Great Rock Drummer :(

I wore out Boston's first two albums, both listening to and playing along with them early in my drumming career. I consider both among the best rock albums of the 20th century. What a shame, 67 ain't that old...
