First time I realized he was drumming in BTO. Should have been paying more attention. Very interesting that he appears to have only been involved where his brother was also in the band. Good drummer with a life too short by most current measures.

This year has started with a big it sucks. Losing Jeff Beck hit me hard. Now Robbie.

I saw BTO as second on the bill to Mott the Hoople/Ariel Bender on strings but still good,and a band called Aerosmith opened to show.This was at winterland..BTO rocked so hard and the songs got faster and louder by the time the last song was over and rob jumped over his bass drum the 6,000 or so hippies were left in stun mode.BTO walked off stage and for about 30 seconds you could hear a pin drop,then people started clapping ,,then everybody was hootin and hollerin' there was to be no encore this night.

ps What would a starting price be for some 65 Pearl Presidents -Creme tiger stripe,22' bass.14" snare& tomtom,16" floor tom.Excellent shape.I have pix but still need to download on VDF.Danke
