Ringo Picture High Quality Scan? Last viewed: 13 hours ago

Loading...

Does anyone have a high quality scan of this picture? I would love one to frame at my house for a certain reason.

Please let me know if you know of somewhere I could get a scan...doesn't have to be original or anything.

Thanks so much,

Adam

Adam, Josh is one of those peeps that thinks this band or that band is the best, We all well at least most of us real musicians know there is no such thing, He is a Beach boys freak, and trashes the Beatles on any occasion. [ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tH9zG28GQEg[/ame]

Your drummers not much good is he!? What you need is someone that's as good as me. ! John Henry Bonham !!

I'm just looking for a nice scan of this ad. Anyone have one? Doesn't matter how big it is. I'm not looking for an argument about anything Ringo related. It honestly has nothing to do with him as a drummer or the Beatles. It's for personal reasons that I'd rather not make public.

Thanks!

Ahhh, that explains it.

Nothing wrong with the Beach Boys, but it sure is hard to trash the Beatles.

I saw the Beach Boys live in the summer of '65, pretty sure it was then. That actually may have been my first 'date'! Anyway, it was at Fresno Memorial Auditorium, or Veterans Memorial Auditorium - depending on when they changed the name. The Beach Boys, Dino Desi and Billy and a couple other bands pretty much filled up that place if I remember correctly. I just looked it up, and that venue will seat 500.

I seem to remember the Beatles playing slightly bigger places...

About the picture: I've seen that before, but only the very same one. If someone does find a decent scan, share it please. It's very frame-able!

Here's a fairly big version off the web but still not the best quality.

BTW that photo was retouched by Ludwig. They redid the logo (the original decal on the head was already peeling off) and also retouched the bases of the cymbal stands to turn Ringo's Premier stands into 1400's.

noticed in the first pic that one of the rubber tips on the w&a bass drum anchor looked different than the other one. also appears to be missing in the second pic.
