Removing surface scratches

I have two old Pearl fiberglass black concert toms from the 1970s . LOL Yeah they are in ruff shape .

So, I would like to get them back like there we're .removing surface scratches from the black cover on the drum shells . I bought them from some guy that is on FB . On the drum page . Actually is there away to cleaned these up

Novis make 3 levels of polish that should help. Really deep scratches likely not gonna come out. Good luck. Shiny (with scratches even) will help the look.
