Yes, I probably have far more invested in the snare than it is worth...but it looks good and I enjoy playing it, so I guess it's OK with me.I remounted the badge.

In browsing the web, I've seen guys add wrap to supras! They use one strip above and one below the ridge along the center. Looks okay, but I prefer the coated or polished look.
So, here's my update - the shell is stripped of the paint that the previous fellow put on. The guy obviously had access to an auto shop because there are small spots with what looks like auto body filler. The shell was also primed before the paint. Anyway, it's all smooth now and I'm sending it off to the powder coaters this morning. I'm thinking of going wither semi-gloss black or perhaps matte black. Any more thoughts?
