Radio King and WFL floor tom Last viewed: 0 seconds ago

Hey everyone I need a little help for a friend. A local shop here got these in and asked me to help price them. What I know is that the rack and bass drum are 50's Slingerland. The bass drum and tom had a Gretsch style mount installed along with a Gretsch cymbal holder.

No extra holes in the WFL floor tom. Looks like original calf heads all the way around. Also the bass drum is missing the clip on legs. I told him as it stood it looked like a nice players kit because of the modifications.

You are correct. It`s not worth much now. Because of this the parts get parted out most of the time to do two things, Get more cash out of them, .....and bring originals back to factory specs.

Not worth much? Pre 48 RK's in WMP...with a very old WFL in same?

4 little holes in the BD?...Could be WAY worse!

Now that I look again...the tom is even older then 48!Streamline lugs on that...

My first guess was anywhere from 40's to 50's across the kit. The WFL floor tom has no modifications.

Is it just my eyes or does the tom have one non-streamline lug on it. It looks like a slingy beavertail lug. Top lugs second to the left of the diamond plate mount.

More than likely no. A couple guys want the floor tom. The only drum that interests me is the bass drum to be honest.

They break, and are interchangeable...so that is why it is on there....
