Puzzled!!!!

I came across a 22" RYTHME cymbal (Est. 1847) 26 years ago and I still have it... it sounds really good...

I've got no idea about the history/origin of this cymbal (I guess it's Italian)..

I've tried to Google the brand but I had no luck..

Does anyone know about this cymbal??

The old UFIP stamp had EST.1847 on it. Posting a pic. would help me identify it as a UFIP but it sounds like it might be----Sometimes the UFIP stamp was imperfect and only part of the stamp made an impression. It is usually the EST.1847 part that is clear. If you look with a hand lens or reading glasses you may be able to see the rest of the impression faintly. It should be a triangle with UFIP forming the bottom of the triangle and then EST.1847 under that. There is also sometimes a little 3/8" circle nearby or near to the edge that says MADE IN ITALY. Is the RHYTHME name impressed or an ink stamp?

There is also a UFIP stamp that has the triangle with UFIP along the left upright and EST.1847 along the right upright.

RHYTHM seems to be made by UFIP to me as told above.

“Est. 1847” means the time when Luigi Tronci’s grandfather started making church bells.

They appear to be UFIP. The attached link if for a free eBay like sales site in what I think is Argentina. For sale are a pair of vintage UFIP Rythme hats.

It was just dumb good luck that a fairly rare pair of these cymbals just happened to be sold recently. Otherwise we might still not have known for sure.
