You always do great work Jeff. I have to be honest, for me, personally, I'm not too nuts about the color. But... they came out great.

Purple is one of those colors that you like or dont. Just wanted to do something different. The older Gentlemen on the forum wont be to jazzed but my daughters love it. One of them wants me to do a lime green kit next, boy, I will have to think about that one!

great Job JC.
Prince would love them.;)
Thank you for the kind words. I like to play around with different finishes on non vintage drums. Now just have to wait for another kit to come along.

Jeff,
I've never been a big fan of Pearl Forums, but what you did really looks good!
So, are the Fibes next in line? :)

Yes they are. After using and seeing the candy purple I am thinking on wrapping them with birch veneer then spraying the silver candy pearl but leaving the wood grain show from underneath. Mabey even add a few silver sparkles to it. Here is the products I used on the purple drums.
Thanks!
Do you have this big pointy hat with stars and moons ans stuff on it? I mean you ARE a wizard with this stuff!
Those Pearls look massively fabulous!
Great job!
You wear this hat dontcha...
