Hi all. Bagged this 14" Premier tom recently on E-bay and was just wondering what model it is and what type of wood it is?

The lugs look like Royale, but the Royales I've owned in the past had the much-maligned black interior and the quality of the wood on this one, and the fact that it has re-rings, makes me think it could be something else? Interior finish is a bit different too - lighter in colour than the birch ones I've seen. My best guess it's a Soundwave? Wrap looks similar.
