Premier Late 70's/Early 80's Speedboat lugs

Doing a resto project for a friend and am short 11 "Speedboat" lugs for the 12" & 13" toms. They have the 5/8" bolt pattern, not the 1-1/8".

Need inserts, mounting screws, and tension roods if possible. I have several tension rods, but 4 or 5 more would complete the job.
