Looking for Blue Simmer wrap that would match late 60's Premier
Premier Blue Shimmer
The terms Blue Shimmer, Blue Sparkle, or even Aqua Sparkle are often used interchangeably - but they vary in tone and flake size. Premier’s version had a distinctive depth and shade, so ask suppliers for samples if possible.

Premier in the late 60s often used metallic or pearl paint. If you know the exact model (eg: Premier drum kit, Premier bicycle...), I can help you look up the original color code.

As far as Blue Shimmer wrap, nobody makes it anymore, so your choices are really limited to finding orphan drums in their original Blue Shimmer wrap, or harvesting original wrap from a larger drum, assuming you can find one large enough to give you a clean piece or two to rewrap your drum.
Finding orphan drums in their original Blue Shimmer wrap or harvesting the original wrap from a larger drum—assuming you can find one big enough to give you a clean piece or two to rewrap your drum—are your only options because no one makes Blue Shimmer wrap anymore.
