Pollard Syndrum Unit Wanted

Loading...

Hi gang,

pretty much know this is a long shot but I am looking to buy a fully functional vintage Pollard SyndrumTwinDrum or Quad ... the pads will pop up on ebay from time to time but it has been a very long time since I have seen a Pollard brain/module. I also know these rigs can be pricey, not a problem. Thanks for any guidance or help, or better yet, actually parting with one.

Hi Humanbeatbox,

I see this is a few years old, don't know if you found your Syndrums. I don't have any, by the way, however, from a friend several years back, I was given a Syndrum volume-type and hold pedal combination, a heavy metal (literally) unit, black, mounted on a metal plate. I don't rightly know if these do function as volume and hold, or if the rocker pedal handles pitch or filter sweep or what. No syndrums here, so no way to try it out; but it does function, as I've experimented with it with other gear.

I'm clearing out (selling) some stray gear and figured I'd google around for anyplace, anyone, in search of syndrum stuff.

Presently no idea what it's worth, but I'll look around online, but I'm also open to offers if anyone has interest and has some honest valuation insights.

just fishing in the dark - BYOOOOOoooooo BYOOOOOoooooo (syndrum sound approximation Storm Trooper )

BTW - I saw the same pedal in rougher condition on eBay for $45 asking excluding shipping.
