Dead-on accurate repros of the major pearls (WMP, OBP, BOP, BDP and MBP/SBP) would be awesome and fill a big industry hole, as would a dead-on Champagne Sparkle.

Late 50s Black Nitron 3 Ply Gretsch 13/16/20 w/ Max Roach Snare
I just added another design. Birdseye Maple with a darker wood inlay...
Thank you for helping support the vintage drum restoration crowd !!
The suggestions for product are spot on. Understand may be a tough replication process. I would be happy to pay more for an era correct pearl wrap. Deep large glass glitter sparkle wrap as well.
Sky Blue Pearl by Gretsch 1961 would be nice :-).

Rogers Grey Ripple and Premier Blue Shimmer.... both gorgeous looking wraps and nobody selling anything that looks even close.

How about a clear marine pearl finish with no backing on it? I have seen a Gretsch kit that was a tobacco sunburst (duco) under a clear pearl finish and it looked killer. I have a MIJ kit that has a clear Pearl finish over whitewashed shells and you can see the woodgrain through the pearl. I had looked into having some made last year but with a minimum order of 100 sheets, I gave up without much of a fight.
Love the Rosewood wrap. Just beautiful. Mardi Gras is on this snare.
