My newly acquired 1966 Ludwig orange sparkle 5 piece needs work.

I plan to SELL this kit after refurbishing.

My question is : Do I get MORE for old pitted, original, but clean parts?

OR just buy new and replace everything ugly ?

Depends on the parts you're replacing and the parts you're using as replacements. Parts ain't parts.

Give it a good cleaning inside and out (remove hardware, clean and polish) and sell it as is.

Re-wrapping and replacing parts will devalue the kit.
