I Just got off the phone with paypal, and as of a few months ago, they have made some what I think are major changes to their policies.
Their buyer protection policy now extends to ALL Purchases that qualify made thru paypal,
No matter where they are made, it is NOT just ebay.
The same polices apply to any site where the buyer and seller use Paypal.
To qualify, items have to be tangible goods, I gave the example of drums.
They said 100 percent qualify.
They will refund 100 percent of the purchase and 100 percent of the shipping, if a deal goes bad.
I thought I would relay this new info,new to me anyway.
