I have a vintage 20" Ludwig marching bass drum with only one hoop and head I am wanting to convert to a kick drum for a bop kit. I need:

a. 10 rods - I need "key" rods or traditional rods, about 3" from the seat to the threaded insert in the lugs. So, NOT traditional T-rods

b. 10 claws

c. 1 or 2 hoops - I have one plain jane hoop but would like to have 2 hoops with the inlay strip. My kit is going to be red sparkle. Again, the drum is 20"

d. Legs/spurs and holders - I'll have to drill holes as this is a marching bass drum that will be a kick drum I would like the LUDWIG type that disappears into the shell.

5. tom mount - If you have a mount for 1 or 2 toms that I can put on the kick drum, let me know. If I'm going to be drilling holes, I might as well put on a mount.

6. mount on the tom(s): one tom is traditional, the other is a 14X12 marching snare that I am converting to a tom, so I need the mount component for the tom.

The drum is currently white but will probably go to Pork Pie for bearing edge resto. and to be re-wrapped in red sparkle.

Can you help me by selling me some parts please?
