Hi. I was wondering if there is a section specific for buying and selling the Vintage Japanese parts and etc. I know there is a for sale and wanted section on this forum but i dont see much Japanese stuff on there. Reason is sometimes i need a specific part or piece and i also have a lot of Japanese parts as well. i know they dont go for much money compared to the American parts but still sometimes hard to find when they made so money different style lugs and throwoffs and etc. Let me know. Thanks.
Parts for Japanese drums/Is there a section on this site
Nope, just the ones listed.
A lot of items get bought and sold during the course of a thread, and never make it to the for sale or wanted sections.
You have to read every thread to keep up with it all.
You might start yourself a for sale thread with a list of some of what you have, and then respond to needed items in the threads you read as well.

Hi Kevins. Thanks for the reply. I usually read this Non American section only. Can i post stuff on this section or do i need to post it in the For sale section. Seems to me theres more people looking on this section.
It will make you a popular guy if you have parts and pieces and you are reasonable. I am one of the few that have a love affair with these poor, poor old drums...poor little things, nobody loves them...I am always in need of something, usually small and obscure. And I am in need of a complete orphan 12 or 13 tom with either a really bad or unique wrap. I have the op for a nice one, but I don't want to take the wrap off that one as it is in too good condition. Is your email addy up here? Also, I can be slow sometimes, and absent minded. I work all the time and sometimes a few days can get past without me realizing it...Keep that in mind if I tell you I am ready to grab something. Not that I am a flake, just sometimes I can let a few days go by without realizing it. At least I'm not afraid to admit it....
Yes you can, but usually the "For Sale" section is best to post items for sale.
"I enjoy restoring 60s Japanese "stencil" drums...I can actually afford them..."I rescue the worst of the old valueless drums for disadvantaged Children and gladly accept donations of parts, pieces and orphans, No cockroaches, please...

Hi,Mikey. When i need something in the future i will definitely pm you. Right now i am good but in the past year i had at least a few or more vintage *** sets i put together and was just missing minor stuff like matching t-rods because i was missing half the originals but eventually found some Japanese matching rods. I have a lot of parts as well. By the way- Your message box was full last week.

Post in the for sale section.... if someone is looking for something, that is where they look first, then they post in the wanted section if they don't see what they need.
Easy-Peezy-Japa-Neezy...............Yes Sir
