Don`t know much about these cymbals (Zildjian dude) can anyone tell me when they put purple ink on them and are they the "good ones" ? I am going to look at a kit in the morning that has these with the kit.

I don't think Paiste made any with purple ink but Zildjian made the "Zildjian Edge" line in the 90's that have purple ink logos...they would not be considered good ones and were of lower line quality similar to todays ZBT's stamped out cymbals. One reason they'd be cool is they don't make this particular line anymore.
