Apparently dealers are not allowed to publish retail prices of new Paiste cymbals.Does this make you uncomfortable knowing they are likely priced through the roof, and are you ok with thier extavegant pricices??...In short,do you accept them as likely the highest priced pies on the market?

NO, and they have a price point from beginner to expert same as all the other companies, they are no more cheaper or expensive than their main competitors.

Usually, when a company forbids publishing selling price, it is to help protect the smaller dealers who cannot compete on a price basis against online and chain stores that are able to buy at "end column pricing" or even "off the page."

If a company buys enough product, they can negotiate a much lower price than the local dealer who can only order "onesies and twosies."

At least, this gives the smaller stores a chance to sell and make some profit for stocking a product, displaying it, and actually engaging with customers.

Do any of you remember taking a drum or piece of hardware into a local store for repair or parts and walking out with a repaired item? Cherish that memory!
