70's Sonor phonic floor tom converted to a bass drum. Plus some toms from an early 90's Sonor sonic kit. So half the kit was made while the wall was still up and the other half after it went down :) Anyway I missed two chances to hop on a teardrop kit. Once in Germany I could have scored one for 400 Euros and then passed up one stateside for $500. I will be selling this kit to go toward a teardrop kit and finish up my round badge.

My very mismatched Luddies, commencing with some pawn shop buys in 1972. They went through a lot. I always liked them, so I plugged the holes etc and rewrapped in Aquamarine Glitter. I left the keystone off the bd on purpose--been through too much to properly represent the badge.

They have always been my go-to set (even when they were pink).

Patrick - Put the badge on the bass drum! You did an excellent job, you can show it off badge and all.

These are my Oaklawn Camco orphans. Took me almost two years to assemble the shells and parts. My #1 drum kit in the whole stable!

BTW - That great logo on the bass drum was a gift from Steve (Dolfan) it's a great spoof of the DW logo! I love it.
