"In 1989 Noble & Cooley teamed up with Zildjian to create snare drums made out of cymbal alloy. These drums were made in very limited quantities and are some of the most collectible drums on the market today.The original Zildjian Alloy snare was the 4.75X14 model (not the 6.5X14) and was one of the first snares to break the mythical £1000 mark.
