The Ludwig Standards were of course a budget line from Ludwig and have been around for awhile. My information shows the Standard badge starting at around 1968 and continuing into the early 80's.

Although your drums and color are probably form the 70's since that is when most of the sets are from.

They are really funky color names so yours should be in the swatch. Only recently they have been gathering more interest amongst some collectors mainly because of the colors and the throwback to the 60 - 70's

Value for a set with a matching snare (Not sure if your 4 piece has a snare or just the 4 drums)

Is between $300 and $500 depending on the snare and what the color is

and of course how old it is and condition.

It would be nice to see pictures so send them to me and I will add them to the listing.

My prices are just estimates and others might be tuned into a better price range then me. I just saw a set sell on Ebay for $775 with cymbals, hardware and Supraphonic snare for a Buy It Now.

Hope that helps

David
