In what year did Leedy make a snare in which the strainer is attached to the top rim? There are also no lugs attached to the metal shell or holes for them. I have no tension system for the heads. Can post pictures if needed.

Thanks for the link to the catalog page. It is 31/2" X 13". Anyone have the 6 tension rods with clips?
