Those are 1970-1980's issued and depending on weight, $200.00-$250.00

Separate weights for the top and bottom are what tells us anything. And we also need to know the diameter to interpret the weight. Are they 14 inches?

they are pretty much identical to each other as far as i can tell

1.2-1.3kg each
