Thanks to Mark for selling me this cool little kit. Now just need to find a floor tom but at worse I will just pickup a 16x16 from a forum member.

I have a floor tom for the Clubdate I am just working on it right now to make it look as nice as the rest. Hope to find or make a floor tom to match the Rogers.

Nice! I had a Rogers Dayton-era Tower 12" tom tom in that same wrap. Such a quality drum. Tuned high better than any other vintage tom I ever had.

I couldn't agree more. I had an Evans EC1 on the top and an EC Resonant on the bottom of my 12" Tower shell. The batter is a single ply 14-mil head, so it had a decent low thuddy sound.

Just last week I swapped them out for coated Ambassadors tom/bottom and tuned it high. Wow! It sounds amazing now.

Now I need to finish my Tower bass and wrap matching Holiday floor tom. So much work to detail/restore those Rogers kits, but when completed ... look out!

Tim,

You know if I had to just keep one Rogers kit I think I woud keep this one and sell my 68 Celebrity kit. I kind of dig smaller sizes with the vintage gear unless its a Radio king!
