Need Premier Art Deco floor tom lugs

I am restoring a 60's Premier floor tom but need four more Art Deco lugs. I could also use an internal muffler for a 3" piccolo snare drum -- one that doesn't rattle. Please email me at [email]donothorpe@gmail.com[/email] as well, because I am not forum savvy.

Can you post a pic of the drum..I may have the muffler.....

Does it take a muffler with 2 little round circles,with felt in them?
