Need 13" blank hoop

I'm looking for a 13" blank hoop for a 1940's Leedy 9x13" rack tom. I have the tension rod and claws already, and one hoop, I'm just currently looking for a 2nd.

Chrome is preferred, but honestly I'd be more than happy with Nickel.

I believe that is called a single flange rim.
