Nazareth Premier snare?

Loading...

Apologies if I’ve asked this before, but I’d love to know if this snare was ever used by Mr Sweetof Nazareth fame. It was given to me by a guy who knew the Naz boy’s very well and he was very nearly their keyboard player at one point. It has a Sunshine Promotions label attached, with the Nazareth name and the numbers 5/30.

Any ideas? I’ve seen photos of the famous red/white/blue kit that he used, but the snare is different to mine.

A drummer with a band riding the crest of fleeting fame was certain to have more than one snare drum in his drum stash.

No matter how far you push the envelope, it is still stationery.
