Here's an update, I went to visit with my wife last Friday, she asked when she'd be coming home and how much she missed me, she had said the same thing on our previous visit. Her son was there and heard what she had said, apparently they have not told her their intentions of selling the condo. Later, her son and I talked, he asked what I thought we should do, this sorta took me by surprise because I thought I had no say. He acknowledged that he had heard what she said and was still thinking about possibly moving her back home. I told him that she needs to be home, that we could find a caregiver to help me out. So, there's a chance, although a slight chance that they could move her back home. He told me of all the concerns he had, the cost, if she would get the care she needed, just things like that if she was moved back home.

I pray every day, I miss her every minute of every day. I'm afraid if she stays in an assisted living facility she'll give up and fade away.

I did find a part time job in a group home for the mentally disabled working two 12 hour shifts on the weekend. Not the ideal job, but I have to do what I have to do in case they continue with their plans to sell her condo. I've managed to raise about a 1/3rd of my goal.

I want to thank all those who have donated, I know it's not easy giving money to someone you've never met.Bowing

Jeff is right! MOST of the people on our forum are stand-up guys who are respectful and helpful whenever another needs help. I am proud to have helped. Best of luck in the future! We're behind you.
