Gary - are you missing parts to complete the drum, or do you have them, and you just can't find them?

I have the parts but the wires are warped as twisted sister, and the throw is out of wack ( i mite be able to fix it) ,the cos hoops 1 bent and it need cob's, I have the t-rods, so looking for a set of wires and a set of cob rims but I've been spending too much have to back off a little they will come up eventually.....2 vintage repro heads also....
(parts always do) but the shell is primo, so I guess that's what you pay for a obp in need restoration, the market is high on those drums..but it tis what it is
