I got this 70's Paragon 3 piece kit and it has vintage hardware with it also . I am looking for the matching floor tom . On the chrome hoops for the tom & floor tom it has "Taiwan ",on them ??

That looks more like late 70's/Early 80's to present to me. The Pearl style "box" lugs give that away. With that Swivo copy tom arm I would say late 70's up to mid-80's or so.
Also, almost looks like it may have been a junior or child set. Is that an 18" bass drum?
That "generic" blue covering shouldn't be too hard to find. You can always re-wrap a floor tom in that to match.
Pretty cool looking kit overall!

HI, Thanks !! The kick is 20" and the tom 12" and the snare is 14"
