MIJ AUTHORITY Jonnistix corrected me on the finish of this drum. Heres his PM:
"The color is Red Marine Pearl, not lava. Stars' Lava looks very much like Psych Red from Ludwig. But $50 should be OK, as long as it sounds good, but the 6 lug, thin shell snares have a very low, woody, smokey tone, and many drummers just don't like that tone at all."
