Yes, I believe they are Majestic. I've got quite a few pictures of Majestic kits that have sold on eBay over the years. Pretty much all of them have the offset lugs! Here's one kit that is representative of them. It's a 20/12/16.

That's a big step up from the MIJ kits you were looking at. I love the finish, although admittedly I'm a sucker for sparkle wraps.
Do you have a Leedy snare to go with it, or something else?
