Looks like just smoke on the shell. Should be able to get it somewhat improved. Lugs are just a clean in place. They will need to come off. Heads that were on it. Oldest Evans I've ever seen. The Ludwig is serious thick.

Holy crap, Creighton! That shell came out great! It was all smoke gunk. The pearl is aged perfectly. Hardware looks good too.

Really nothing to it. Get the drum very clean Then polish and apply wax as needed.
