Skitch's approach maybe a bit like "Crazy Al's" on TV but I think he meant it to be. What's wrong with adding a little humor here? The important thing is we get to see what he has for sale and we can link right to it and not have to look through a bunch of listings on 'Bay. It works, I looked at the listing, didn't you? Very creative I think and entertaining. Some maybe just sorry they didn't think of it. BRING BACK MAD MONDAY'S.Party

Less is more. If you look at the majority of posts in the For Sale column, they are condensed to be brief and to the point. Example: You can post a link for all of your items that you are selling instead of one for each. Why put opening bids and such, people will find that out.
Secondly: As what I would call forum courtesy, post a few things to get your name known and make a general "hello" impression, instead of the majority of posts you make look like spam.
Lastly, some of us that have been here a while have seen a majority of new forumites join just to sell. While I personally am not against selling, I am when it becomes obnoxiously done.
I guess it doesn't bother me as much as it does others. I don't have a say in it so I'll stay out of it, sorry.
