Picked them up about 20 years ago in a local Music Store that has a lot of new old stock vintage gear.
(They are for sale by the way).

These heads looks exactly like as german (GDR) heads marked "CONRAD" from 60 - 80's. Really they're just twin brothers!
Now they returned to historical name "Altenburger Pergament" and wood rims for calfskin and aluminium for plastic heads.
