Very nice looking kit. I wish they would offer that wrap again on the classic Ludwig line, or just the wrap. How hard would it be to reproduce that? Delmar? I am curious about that ride tom. Since it is tacked on the bottom, is it very tight? Can you get a wide tuning range out of it? And what intervals are you using between the toms and bass. Is your bass really low? Or do you crank it up a little since it is a larger size?

as for the delmar question, they now do custom orders but there's a minimum you have to order.

Cheers Vibes, the rack tom is tight but has a warm deep sound to it, tend to have the bass drum pretty low, but do crank it up a bit mate..the bass drum has a great kick to it and only needs micing a bit..On the whole the kit is very full and a greta kit to play...feel like Chick Webb behind it..

yeah very lucky to grab this kit, apparently only about 6 were re-wrapped for Ludwigs 90th anniversary and I believe this is the only one here in the U.K.

I have this snare on the way being built for me. I would have snapped up this one but they sold it within an few hours. I get to pick mine up at the Ludwig factory.

I could have over thought about how to finish mine out and I did look at all the options. I thought this looked the most classy. Mine should be ready in about 6 weeks.
