Going on the lugs alone, they are Ludwig. No idea if the shell, hoops, strainer, etc... are Ludwig without clear pictures. Shell interior would help too.

I just got more pics, but I cant change the reso to fit the forum (fairly compu-iliterate),
reinforced hoops and grey interior....super classic? 60's?

I would agree with calling it a Super Classic based on the snare attachment on the second pic. I would not agree with placing it in the 60's. I would put this one in the mid 70's due to the speckle inside coating. That's a mid 70's thang for this line of drums.
